Scott vs Elf

Yellow… Scott here… OK I know its been like forever since I’ve written… but I knew you’d come back (I mean- you must be if you are reading this) so it all worked out in the end. I might be able to write just a hair more than before. And for the record- this blog really is for you guys, my audience… if I wanted to write personal deep ugly thoughts I would probably do that somewhere where nobody could see… nothing really prompted that, its just I know that most of the other blogs in this ring often claim to be personal, introspective, and generally not anyone else’s business (that is, if the reader is offended by something in the blog) and that’s totally fine for them, I really have no problem with that- I just wanted to set the record straight that this blog is for the general public and it’s more or less written by me with a kind of a newsletter feel… to keep everyone up to speed. And I know I’ve been slacking the last 3 weeks, but I’ll try to do a little better.
So feel free to treat the words written here as “your business” (as well as mine) and let me know of any problems you might have!

I am totally loving my new house… its actually really amazing that I even considered for any length of time if I should live here or not… I feel retroactively stupid for not jumping on it faster than I did… I just totally love all the space and my huge room and my huge bed and my huge kitchen… not to mention my large foryer complete with fuseball table, and two large living rooms… and don’t forget my own larger than life bathroom that is easily the size of our old dorm room back in Reese (Mandy or my Mom could vouch for that)… no, not the BATHROOMs in reese… the DORM ROOM from reese… a room that I LIVED in for two years with josh… kind of crazy the amount of space I have right now… I always looked forward to coming home to my “big” bathroom, shower, and bedroom… but now I cant really look forward for those reasons because It’s a downgrade in size.… (but there are lots of other reasons I like home… and its not like I’m cramped there or anything)… and ok ok… I know “Size isn’t everything” right?... but who are we kidding? Size IS everything! I love it…

What else is going on you might ask?
Classes have started with a bang… well not so much with a bang but with a groan…
My classes start at
8AM on Monday
8AM on Tuesday
8AM on Wednesday
9AM on Thursday (woo hoo!)
And 8AM on Friday

Most of those days we have 4 classes back to back after 8, but on two days we just have 3 classes back to back before lunch… but then again, its not that bad and by most days I’m out of class by Noon… and I kind of like to get it all out of the way early (not that I had a choice) because then you have the rest of the day to yourself (or at a part-time pharmacy job that I will probably start next week) and then you just have to go to bed by 11 or 11:30 that night so its all gravy…
