so someone donated a lot of money to the corps last year with specific instructions to make a documentary of a season- so they did- (thats at least, the way i heard the story)- but anyways- they made it- actually had a film crew follow the corps around all summer in a van and film rehearsals and shows and stuff-

the crowbar is "gunther", the contra mascot and the guy holding it up was the contra section leader-

the trailor does seem to take itself pretty seriously, and i would argue that they focused on the guard a lot for their slow motion shots- but anyways- it still looks neat-

you can bet that i'll be finding a theater with this and going to see it-
