between months
Scott time- how’s it going? I had a good day today- got to play some cards with friends, got to work out because my shoulder’s better (and it still feels fine)… got to watch one of my favorite romantic comedies on TBS, got to watch the new SNL- cleaned/vacuumed my room- did some laundry- got lots of quality sleep- wore my favorite shorts and my new Crocs… looked at some hermitage/Donelson area houses online (and I must say they are looking a little cheaper than I was expecting… methinks this whole housing problem/cheaper housing thing is good timing… “The national median price drop of 5.8%, to $206,200 from $219,300, was the steepest ever recorded by the National Association of Realtors”… so that’s cool… having a buyer’s market the same time you want to buy- I’ll take that. I’m excited to learn about how this whole process is going to go down… I’m sure I’ve mentioned that a few times, right?
Last rotation was cardiology- this one that starts Monday is about nephrology (kidneys)… Dr. Hudson is one the foremost clinical pharmacy experts in the country when it comes to kidneys- so I’m pumped about that… and as Memphis has one of the highest diabetes rates in the country, and as diabetes is the #1 cause of renal failure… there are plenty of people around here to fix… the BAD news is that I found out I’m partnered up with one of, if not the sharpest mind in our entire class… Aryan- I’ll give you one guess. So it’s me and him and the preceptor, and a new resident… unfortunately I’ll be directly compared to one of the smartest people in my class for a whole month- but that’s ok… iron sharpens iron and all that stuff…
I’m feeling good about everything… it all seems to be going smoothly and I can’t complain…
Did I mention my cousin and his wife will be bringing an extra (infant) guest to the annual Christmas gathering?- should be one sharp kid. I’m looking forward to meeting him or her. Seriously- Zach and Stacy as a married couple would have a very competitive average IQ I’d say… bunch of smarty…smart-smarts… hmm...

Hey Scott, One question: So where are you exactly? And how long to you plan to be there? Just wondering....EE
heeey-
In response to your question:
I'm currently in Memphis, TN finishing up my last 2 months of pharmacy school. (last day of my rotations at the hospital will be April 30th and graduation day is May 30th- so I'll have a month to get settled) After this I will be relocating to the east-Nashville area for my new job as a Target pharmacist starting in June.
That was a pretty easy question! got any more?
Okay! That helps clarify things. Scott, just betweeen us two here...the young lady? What's up with her these days? ;) EE
Oh, and I'm writing these dates on my calendar. GOOD FOR U Scott! You mean you really really love chemistry and all that intense science and all the research studies and abstract things that go into pharmacology? Well you for you. What a smart fellow you've turned out to be. And to think that you can even play the piano on top of all that! E
Hey Scott..Life is Good...Enjoy..
