more to come

Heeeyy… sooo… I haven’t been the best blogger lately… and all I can say is “I sorry!”… so some quick facts:

· Going to Knoxville this weekend to go to the UT game—got a $15 ticket from my pharmacy buds and I’ll be sitting with them, so that’ll be schweet… I told them I’d buy them some hotdogs n’ stuff…

· I purchased a 2005 Infiniti FX35 (got a great deal on ità in relative terms, it’s less than half of what it would have cost when purchased new in 2005, and the price has come down about 25% in the last 4 months because of fuel shortages and economy stuff…w00t)—things that I think are awesome about it include but are not limited to:

o It’s only got 50k miles… practically new!

o It has the upgraded Bose stereo system… 300 watts and 9 speakers from what I’ve counted—amazing quality- even some impressive bass via two 8-inch ‘subs’… when I test-drove it and came back and I was telling the guy how much I liked it and appreciated the quality thereof, he said “oh, so you’re an audiophile” and I was like “yeah—I guess I am! I like that word!”

o It looks awesome

o Two words: Xenon headlights. Coming from some weaker bulbs in the last few years- straining to see at night—this is a huge and welcome change

o It’s got great performance/acceleration—I remember when Jordan and I were having the “what car should I get” discussion (this vehicle was actually HIS suggestion- I hadn’t put much thought into it before that) and he was praising the FX35 for it’s performance/handling/speed and stuff… and I was like “yeah that’s cool but I like it for other reasons” but I didn’t really think that much about it… but actually driving it is very fun- I’ve actually looked for reasons just to take it out…

· I joined a gym called “Anytime Fitness” in hermitage—it’s only about 6 or 7 minutes away… it’s staffed from 9-9 but you can go 24/7 and get in with a little electric key thing. Works great for me because when I get off at 9pm, most everywhere else is closed- so that’s cool.

· I just got ‘Iron Man’ and ‘Forgetting Sara Marshall’ and those are 2 movies I like… actually watching Sara Marshall now (Josh- you want?)

· You’ll all be very happy to know that I’ve been keeping my house very clean and so far the vehicle too! Some who have known the former Scott have noted this difference upon visiting- It’s something I’d like to keep up!

· I got transferred to the Rivergate Target full time—I’m conflicted about it- the downside is it’s about 12 minutes further each way than I was driving to the MJ store (doesn’t sound as bad when I say it like that), I won’t know as many people there… the good part about it is that the store itself is about ½ the volume that MJ does with basically the same amount of technician help—translation: half the work, same pay— I’m now lazy, I mean, HEY- it was THEIR idea for me to move out there full-time, but I’m certainly not against having a little bit of ‘downtime’ each evening after things slow down and all the daily tasks are completed… I even got an awesome ipod radio (with aux. imput so I don’t have to turn off the cell phone radio in my iPhone 3g) so I can listen to my music after about 6pm or so (I could before that, but there’s a lot of stuff going on and I want to focus on getting the job done)—but anywho…

Gee, Scott. Good to know! We can get Sara Marshall here, but I think your copy would be better. So excited that you're taking good care of your stuff. Now, it'll look "new" longer. sa-weet. So when you coming to visit again?
