yard sold

so spend 3 hours yesterday getting ready for the yard sale-- I was there this morning from 7am to 11:30 and then back from 2-3... we sold a lot of stuff and gave the rest to goodwill-- not sure how much the fraternity made... i had a decent time- i worked harder than i should have and i lost like 5 lbs of sweat from 7am to 11am-- i drank 6 bottles of water and didnt have to go to the bathroom until much later that afternoon-- i was just soaked-- FYI- memphis gets REALLY HOT-- look at a temperature map of the region sometime- we share the same temps as TX more than not--but anyways- after we loaded up everything that wasnt sold- i took off and showered and went to work from 4pm to midnight-- i was actually pretty tired by the time i got off- i didnt sleep well last night, combined with getting up really early-- combined with working really late--- it was just a trio of factors that left me feeling pretty worn out-- so i think i'll do something about it and go to sleep- got the day off tomorrow- looking forward to getting my car fixed and seeing a movie...

i'm really excited about the next few weeks - i've got 2 weeks of work still and them i'm going to TX to celebrate Papa's 80th b-day and THEN todd and i are going to drive straight from that trip to Knoxville for the sevierville DCI show on that monday the 26th-- aryan, dave and alicia all have enough trust in me to have had me get tickets for them!- i'm always excited to share my DCI with other people-- i'm just really looking forward to doing something fun like that- its been awhile since i've had a good road trip, or just an excuse to be irresponsible and carefree-- looking forward to that a lot, actually...
