The weekend....ends here.

Well this weekend was pretty nice… had to work Friday. There is a new girl, Katie, and she seems really nice. She’s a sophomore here at UT and a chemistry major. She is also very pretty and apparently the rest of the guys at work think so too because I came by Saturday to get some stuff for the game that night and Sue told me every guy in the place had walked by the pharmacy a handful of times. She also seems to be a very fun person and she always had a big smile on her face. I get to work with her tomorrow for a few hours, that should be fun. I am going to try to make a point not to make any stupid mistakes around her because that will just make me look…well… stupid, and I don’t want to be that.
Later that night we watched the game and we lost,… so I was really bummed about that. Scholes, Andy, and I went and threw football on the intramural field after the game for fun. Its really interesting how we can just go out there with a ball and run around, just us three, and have a good time. There were a few times where I laughed almost uncontrollably; Andy is just one of those people who has the gift of making me laugh… now that may not sound like much, but really… I don’t laugh at many people. He is just kind of goofy like that.
Today was OK... church was awesome. We had the FHU chorus there and they sang some and then we all sang together for along time, and they were all really cool –choral type songs. (“O Sacred Head”- Bach). That was really great. I was feeling very uplifted. There was even a guy there that was also on the cross country team and he knew Todd… so that was cool. They were all very nice.
Some other stuff happened today that bothered me, but I’m not going to comment on it because I don’t think that writing about it on here would solve anything. I'll try to handle it myself. I think that's the best way.
Now its late… and I need to get some sleep because I work every day for the next 7 days. Which means you won't really see me around before 9pm this week. Here we go….

This is junya (June-Ya)... he was our visual tech for the contra section this year. He had some trouble putting what he wanted to say into a form of english that we were able to totally understand... like... he would say things that made sense in english, but we kinda had to translate that into a "we know what you really mean..." kinda thing... if that makes sense. He really believed in us, and i rememer how he said he was really proud of us on finals night.... he kicked our butts to make us better.... and thats hard to do because i know he cared about us... enough to want us to be the best... and for that I thank him.
