Scott here… things are OK I would say… I got a definitive “lets just be friends” from Katie… so no more worrying about that, right? I guess its easier that way. It went something like this (exactly):


"Hey Scott

I thought about calling you but I wasn't sure if what I was going to say would
come out like I meant it.

Well, hmmm. Anything we do would have to be as friends :) due to my current
position. I would have said something earlier, but I honestly was not sure if
you were interested in dating me or not. The thing is, I wanted to hang out
because you just seem like a genuinely great person and would be good to get
to know you.

If you ever want to hang out still, let me know sometime! It's just that right
now I have someone. I'm not "on the market" hee hee because of the guy in
England. It's best for us anyway seeing as how we do work together..."



There’s more but not on that topic. At least I’m a great guy, right? A great… single… great guy. Good for me. I do take pride in the fact that I gave it a try, can't say that I’m a pro at even making attempts with girls, so I can feel good about that.

I got the jacket! I was surprised that I actually got a NEW north face jacket for only 90 bucks when it goes for 165 new at a store... so i'm getting the EXACT same product i could go buy in a store... but i'm spending 75 dollars less... and that makes me feel good. I’ve seen a few used denalis go for around $107… I’ve ordered the DCI DVD’s and CD’s and that was about 2 weeks ago… and they still aren't here… I’m going crazy… where is my stuff?? Sheesh… Its enough to make a guy want to go play his new SOCOM: Navy Seals (yeah… it was on sale for 19.99) game for PS2…

One more thing- I am going to graduate next semester. I wasn’t too sure, but it’s a sure thing now. I am pumped about that… one thing I’m not pumped about: next semester is going to be really crappy and hard… but I get to graduate… so I think its worth it… I think Jesse should be declared the Queen of planning (where is that smiley face that is rolling its eyes?) but that's just me. Just kidding... jesse rules.
