last pres

1) Lizzy doing her cute thing- she'll just lay exactly like that in my arms- with her legs sticking up in the air- she seems pretty comfortable... what's funny is that she'll look right into my eyes, I basically just put the camera right in front of my face and took this one... I like that she isn't afraid to make some eye contact- adds to the cuteness

2) last presentation ever... I've had to do one of these for each month of rotation the last year and a half- sometimes 2 or 3 in a month... so I guess I've done quite a few of them- I always figured the last one would be really hard to get motivated to work on- but I've been cruising on it for a few days and I already know it's going to go great tomorrow- I'm almost looking forward to it-

3) I'm usually not one for Xing out days or anything... almost makes me feel impatient or that I must not be living in the moment if I'm "phoning it in" just to make it to a certain date... but I made an exception this month... of all the things I've had to countdown, this has been counting down in my mind for the last 8 years- and to think I'm a week away from being done- only 4 actual days of rotation left-- (you'll notice tomorrow there is also a DCI event in theaters, should be pretty cool- Bluecoats 2007 got voted in as one of the top 6 shows of the last few years- which is a huge nod that they got in OVER santa clara vanguard (SCV)... only 10 bucks and they finally started showing these in MEMPHIS theaters so tomorrow is gonna rule for 2 reasons... BLOOOOOOOO!

4) I noticed in a few recent pictures where i was doing yard work that my arms looked really big- and I guess that makes sense because for the last 15 months I've been working up on my curls so that right now I'm doing 75 lbs and I'll curl that about 80 times in the course of a normal workout and I've even got to the point when I can work my hands towards the center of the bar and still curl it.... it's not like really toned or tight... it's just big... and I felt like documenting that... i guess next to my large torso it might not seem that big... but i have a big torso

p.s.- if anyone wants to take a look at my presentation this month:
"N-acetylcysteine for the Prevention of Acute Renal Failure in Patients with Chronic Renal Insufficiency Undergoing Cardiac Surgery" I'd be more than happy to hook you up- it's good stuff
