josh, you'll recognize this group, but i just saw that someone put this up on youtube- and actually- its pretty neat- some of the coolest high trumpet stuff i've heard- i know it looks really cheesy, but these guys can play...

and guys, i'm not mad or anything... i've probably just had that bottled up for awhile and if it sounded harsh i apolozie for that because like i said, i'm not steamed or anything, just kinda what came out- i wouldnt say that i didnt really mean it, i just didnt mean to present it in a way that might be taken as anger or frustration on my part-

and i guess i kinda am a one trick pony... the fact that i wanted to share this video doesnt really lend any support to the contrary- ha

today: 20 laps straight plus 15 straight= 1 mile.... boo ya... i've noticed i'm pretty sore today, i actually got out and ran some last night- just short of a mile and a half (1.4 to be exact) and my shins hadnt really been used like that in awhile so they're angry at me now... but they'll get over it...
