today was much better- had lots of new patients to present and i feel like everything went great- one of the biggest things was that today i just RELAXED a little... i kept getting so nervous presenting for my preceptor- i've really wanted to impress her and leave a good impression- i think to the point that i was OVER-thinking things and second-guessing myself too much... today i just relaxed and let it come to me and it went great- I'd say it was probably my best day of the month... its like everything was coming to me- and things have been really peaceful around the house the last couple of nights- I've had the place to myself and I think its been a long time since I've been on my own here. Being here on my own has made me notice a couple really odd things... I really don't like for there to be any dirty dishes in the sink- I just want that sink to be empty-its an odd driving force. I see a dish in the sink and I don't care if I made it dirty or somebody else did- I just want to wash it off and put it in the DW- I can't say i remember really caring about that much before i turned 26 ... and I've been making my bed... that's crazy! why am i doing that?? I'm just gonna get back in!
Wow... just a few more days and I'll be saying "2 more months!"... but not yet...
I'm really tired. I kinda took a "watch the oscars" break even though i had some stuff due today... and i got it all done... i just had to stay up really late to do it after the oscars... and one night of that's fine but now i'm feeling it. ouchy

So you're actually done with rotations and school at the end of April? If not, how are you moving back on the 3rd?
Sounds like you need some sleep! The Oscars were good though.
the last day of April (wed. the 30th) is my last day of rotations- as my class was the very first to start rotations a semester early (the idea to get us more experience) the school thought it would be best to keep May open because 1) there are several days of board/law review the last week before graduation and they were having to cut may rotations short for the classes before us and 2) if anyone fails a rotation they have to re-take it in May.
so that saturday the 3rd i'll be moving back to MJ and then actively looking for a place to live- doing whatever paperwork it takes to get there- and moving in so that optimistically before i go back for graduation I can already be moved in... and when i get back- i can start working as a graduate (50% pay- woohoo!) while i wait to take the boards...
WHOHOO!!!!!
Let me know if you want/need help looking for apartments. I have a good deal of time on my hands during the day.
